Monica Mick is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant. Monica graduated from the Ivey Business School at Western University with an Honors Business Administration degree and subsequently completed a Master of Accounting degree at the University of Waterloo. She achieved Honours standing in the Uniform Evaluation of the Chartered Accountants of Canada. Monica joined Davis Martindale in 2022 and became an Accounting & Assurance Partner in 2024.
Monica has over 20 years of experience providing accounting and assurance services to public, private, profit-oriented clients and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Davis Martindale, Monica held diverse positions including Middle East Financial Controller for property developments in Dubai, UAE and the Director of Finance and Administration at the London Hunt and Country Club. Monica was also a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, working in the Brisbane, Australia and London, Ontario offices over her years with that firm.

Personal
Monica enjoys time outdoors year-round. While many Londoners are hitting the slopes of Boler Mountain, Monica will be braving the winter running paths of London’s parks.
Monica has a passion for lifelong fitness and used the opportunity presented by the limited activity options during the pandemic to become a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
Monica organizes and participates in various charity events to support community initiatives in London and surrounding areas.
