Professional History
Michael Watson joined Davis Martindale as a Staff Accountant in 1996 and was welcomed as a Partner of the firm in 2006. Mike’s practice is focused on audits, and reviews of clients ranging from small owner-managed businesses to large corporate groups in manufacturing, construction and service industries, as well as not-for-profit organizations, condominiums and municipalities.
Michael is a member in good standing, board of director, and treasurer of the Canadian Condominium Institute London and Area Chapter.
Michael has presented the financial reporting and budgeting portion of the 2-day Condominium Director’s Course, as well as participating as the accountant/auditor panelist for “Ask the Expert” presented to condominium directors by the Canadian Condominium Institute London and Area Chapter.

Personal
Michael is a proud father to two active girls and enjoys spending his off hours cheering them on as they participate in a number of different sports including basketball, soccer and cross country. Additionally, he enjoys spending time in the summer months on area lakes boating and fishing with the family.
Michael has drawn on his construction skills learned at an early age to not only assist in the design of their backyard but also oversee and construct portions of the backyard project that will allow his family to spend more time in the outdoors.
Michael currently volunteers his time as director and treasurer of the Canadian Condominium Institute London and Area Chapter, in addition to supporting his not-for profit and charity clients by attending and participating in their events and golf tournaments.
