Professional History

Brent joined Davis Martindale in 2019 as Senior Manager and was welcomed into Partnership* in 2022.  He brings a decade of Canadian and International Corporate Tax Experience gained in public practice as well as in industry at a local high-growth international company to the team.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University, earned his CA designation in 2012, and completed the CICA In-Depth Tax course in 2013. Brent has spent the last 11 years focused on Canadian and International Corporate Tax both in public accounting as well as at a local high-growth international company. Brent now focuses his time on helping private companies achieve their goals with prudent tax planning.

Personal

When not chasing around his two children, Brent spends much of his time in the kitchen trying out new creations for his family to enjoy. As a real foodie family, he enjoys trying new restaurants around town with his wife, and exploring local cuisines when abroad.
