Louise Poole is a Partner in our Business Valuation & Litigation team, specializing in business valuations for matrimonial and litigation support, expropriation, tax and estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and economic loss quantifications and actively offers tailored seminars to legal teams and other professionals as part of Davis Martindale University. Louise was awarded Top CBV Under 40 in 2021, recognizing her innovation and contributions to the profession, her leadership and dedication to mentorship and for her commitment to her community.

Louise will meet you with a huge smile and is best known for her positivity and her ability to put others at ease.  Outside the office and between cheering her kids on at hockey, baseball, soccer, basketball and dance, she’ll be on the beach, the ski slopes or running with her dog Bailey.
