“My co-op experience at Davis Martindale allowed me to gain technical skills and experience in my area of study with the vast variety of files I was exposed to. It also allowed me to see how what I was learning in school was applied in the work environment.  My co-op at Davis Martindale was my first job in a professional setting which allowed me to develop my professional skills and soft skills such as communication and teamwork. There was so much to learn but the other staff, managers and partners were all very helpful and approachable which made the learning experience very positive. When returning to work fulltime after graduating, I was very thankful for my co-op experience as I did not have the common nerves for starting a new job and was looking forward to returning to work and working with familiar colleagues.”
