“In all honesty I was nervous and a bit afraid during both the interview and the first few days here in Davis Martindale because it will be my first time to work for an accounting firm.  However, as the days go by even though I just started working here, I felt welcomed. Everyone in DM is very encouraging as they would share their experiences how they started, and that everyone goes through the steep learning curve. That it is okay to start slow, make mistakes, and that it is okay to ask questions. Its those things that makes DM feel welcoming because it creates an environment that relieves newly hired people from pressure. Its an amazing environment!”
